Sometimes i try to imagine how people who own/ manage large corporations or are in positions of responsibility handle humans.

I’ve had my fair share of rude patients and I must say, it’s demotivating. So much that I don’t feel compassion at times

How do y’all do it?

When I was just done with college, starting early, it was really difficult. I was intentionally looked down on by patients cus i looked “young”. I questioned at times if this was the profession for me, it was so annoying, i wasn’t putting much emotions into the job and was just working to get the job done

Something similar happened today and I decided I actually really do need to know 

How do you all who are in positions of responsibility handle people?

How do you not lose compassion?

How do you keep that spark there?

Just feels like since moxie, everyone just totally forgot about actually connecting on here and just idk...

You should be really careful before calling out someone like this.
I don't care to those who follow you, or how high your status is.

Did you at least work to read it all? Because I reply to everyone just like Law does. So is him being called out because he has 3k followers less than your account?
