It's now UNPOPULAR to say that Ethereum L2s are scaling Ethereum and increasing adoption. The GROWTH of the Ethereum ecosystem increases its network effect, making it the largest ecosystem in terms of developers, apps, users or TVL. L2s are scaling Ethereum.
