Looking to take a Product Design crash course (using Figma). Anywhere from 10-40 hours of content+coursework.

Any ideas?

For context: I am an engineer, I've worked casually in Figma, don't have any formal design training

A good exercise for new designers is to take a well designed product and reconstruct it from scratch. First try to do it without overlaying, and then overlay to see where your eye is lacking and appreciate the nuances that make them strong.

This 👆. One of the thing to do imo. 

Also download files from other people on the Figma Community and see how they are making them.
