Fun fact about Taiwan: * Taitung (臺東, "Taiwan East") is further south than Tainan (臺南, "Taiwan South") * Taipei (臺北, "Taiwan North") is further east than Taidong In order to complete the cycle, this logically implies that we need to build a new city, Taixi (臺西, "Taiwan West") in this exact spot:

This makes me think whichever white dude first went to Taiwan, just messed up the translations and was so consistent that he was right, that everyone just went with it 🤣
