Farcaster is the perfect place to start making things on the Internet If your stuff sucks people will tell you so nicely (for the most part) Elsewhere they’d just say shit like “your head is shaped like a toe and also your post is brain diarrhea”

Mhm. I really hope this community vibe lasts as we grow. Right now Farcaster feels like a big state college. Sure, we all have different majors, but we all root for the same team at football games. I wonder how long the honeymoon can last.

But because we haven't grown enough or because the people that have joined just "get it" and assimilate to the culture? 10k new DAUs in a year can "get with the program", but what happens when its a million in a year? What happens when Mr. Beast, Gary Vee, or some random Gen Z TikTokker are the biggest accounts on here instead of the OG devs?

IMO it’s the rate of can you assimilate new people to the culture vs the culture to the new people Every platform has a vibe and imo ours gets stronger every day

That's true. And I hope you are right. I have been doing the social media thing since MySpace and this is the first platform that hasn't become immediately detrimental to my mental health. I'm team #NoBeef for sure.
