Today I have a fun new symptom and the whole left side of my face is just twitching so thats... fun

Not so far.

I've had a CT scan, MRI, tried 5 different medications, had speech therapy, occupational therapy, got nerve block shots in my head, had 2 sleep studies, have avoided all alcohol for months and months, stay super hydrated, go to bed by 8:30, dramatically limit screen time whenever possible... have basically ended my social life all together, have given up on almost all home tasks to rest after work... got prescription sunglasses to wear indoors to avoid fluorescent lights....

No relief

That is absolutely no fun jeez, and you just have to deal with it? Nothing helps make these things go away?
