Only thing I don’t understand … weren’t supposed to be an airdrop for the Pass owners ? Do I have to claim somewhere ?

Are you using any VPN or try clearing ur cache from you browser. Then for ur device if it an app on an iOS device uninstall  and install it back but if it from an android if u uninstall make sure you have all detail at standby
