Just back from my first run in over a year due to a couple of injuries followed by a significant bout of laziness. For a couple of years there I was peak me and I'm going to try and get some of that back. Got a little 5 k in at a pace that a year ago would have made me weep but I'm back out there and that's all that matters.

Getting in a 5k on your first go back is pretty amazing! Give yourself a ton of credit for that.
