I know this a joke but... Definitely slow down. It's been almost 2 months since I was rear ended at a red light and I still have a killer headache, can't remember the what I did yesterday on any given day, and can't remember any proper nouns. It's frustrating to stare blankly at my laptop because I know I want to open a program or website that I have used for years, but I can't remember the name to type it in. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
