I actually set the timer cause I had a thing I didn’t want to miss. But it ended up taking less time so it’s a win win

I suffer from adhd
I’m forgetful and I always have this fear I’ll miss things that are time conscious even though I really don’t. So I always set it. It’s like 2FA

Not necessarily timers btw. I meant to say alarms
