completely agree with this Dadadan take. why does so much anime have SA & p3dophelia.. i do not continue watching any anime that is like that. because its unnecessary & just.. no.

after living in the uk for a bit and seeing that paedos are a prob there too, my guess is that its something that happens more in homogenous societies

Well they do say that Japan is just the UK of the east. But in all honesty it's a problem everywhere.

i think it’s a problem everywhere because of societal conditions that are based off control and utilizing the innocence/naivity of the youth the think with Japan is that it’s not illegal to make pedo anime and manga and it’s honestly cooked a lot of brains. iphones can’t even take photos without a sound. but it’s a problem EVERYwhere

yeah def a problem everywhere, not bc of societal conditions izo, but bc its kinda innate to the desire for power and control as its expressed through sex. also bc sex is so much about taboo and its the worst biggest one possible. but feels like its more of a problem in homogenous societies
