the worst bowl of pho i have ever had, it may look like a lot of meet but it was actually just 2.5 pieces and then 80% of the bowl was rice noodles. definitely made with no love and maybe dish water. Alhamdullah for this meal tho, some people canβt find what to eat !

The fact you can see practically to the bottom of that bowl gives me the thought that it may actually be dish water as you say. How can they mess up pho?

something was off i didnβt really eat much of it and i usually finish my bowls of pho my pho eating ability is something i pride myself in, and 99% of pho places make it perfect. so idk it seems like it would be hard to mess up pho but ive also never made pho so i dont really know

I'd have been livid. I started ordering pho alllll the time so figured I'd learn to make it (the lazy way, no way am I bone brothing everyday) and it's pretty good. It's the vinegar with the broth, managed to find a ginger and garlic apple cider vinegar and it's perfection. Definitely worth learning, it's lazy af π
