sometimes I’m happy I grew up severely bullied because it warped my idea of being perceived to a level of IDGAF that really does inspire me to live my subconscious truth with no self judgment or care about others because I’ve had to build a rock solid inner validation system to survive.

but I dont like how I automatically assume certain people / people who dress a certain way are going to hurt me 

I also don’t like how I’m always on guard in white spaces.

I do like how I stand up for myself in almost every situation now, younger me would be proud and deserved  to stand up for herself

I wish I could make friends easier but I retreat at the first sign of danger 

I look for solace in my work
