i still conceptually don’t get fan tokens and the negatives vs the positives

rewards for casts / content last only 6 months.

After that the only -rewards- will come from people tradnig your fan token (if you have any)

what is the catch tho ? i don’t mean to be overly cautious (yes i do), however i am a young woman navigating through crypto alone and i do not believe everyone has the best intentions. my entire account is an extension of my soul and i take it extremely seriously 

 i don’t want to get wrapped up in a financial commitment that i don’t grasp the negatives of. what happens if my fan tokens don’t sell? what happens if they go down? what are the daily responsibilities of owning a fan token ? this is a centralized token system correct ? meaning you have the abilities to tweak the rules of moxie to benefit you and who you want? 

it’s very rare for people in positions like yours to have a creator, or an artist’s best intentions in mind. that’s an unfortunate reality of the world we live in, so i just need to 💯grasp the negatives

if you launch a fan token, you are able to share rewards you earn from the moxie protocol with your fans. They support you and you support them back. You get to decide if you share 20% with them or up to 90% with them. Fans of the Farcaster Network always get 10%.

It's a win win, the more they help you succeed and spread your content, the more they benefit as well.
