This could occur due to several factors such as the rise of alternative reserve currencies, the increasing use of digital currencies, and shifts in global economic power dynamics. Additionally, if a widely accepted global digital currency or a basket of digital currencies were to emerge, it could reduce the reliance on any single national currency like the US dollar.
