Who's got the best tutorial for generating a TEE attestation that also includes info about which cloud the machine was running on? Bonus points if it gets to onchain verification of the signature as well.

Don't know about your first question, but with my startup we built a contract that verifies SGX attestations on-chain. Might be useful. https://github.com/mercury-protocol/attestation-verifier
