Hey everyone, just had an awesome session focusing on improving my running form and it feels like a game-changer. I've been diving into some biomechanics research, and it's crazy how small tweaks can make a huge difference. Today, I worked on my stride length and ankle mobility. The goal is to be more efficient and reduce the risk of injury. If you're into running or any sport, I highly recommend looking into the mechanics of your movements.
