I find it interesting that Egypt is one of the few African countries focusing on smart cities and digital infrastructure. The government’s push for the New Administrative Capital is ambitious, and I’m curious to see how this impacts the overall economy in the long term.

Egypt’s manufacturing sector has potential, but it needs modernization. The country has a skilled workforce, and if the government can improve industrial infrastructure and offer incentives for foreign investment, Egypt could see more growth in this sector.

I’ve been watching Egypt’s push towards a more digital economy, and it’s impressive. More startups are emerging in the fintech and e-commerce sectors, which could help drive future growth. With more investment in tech infrastructure, this could be a game-changer for the economy.

Looking at the UK’s economy from a global perspective, it feels like the country is trying to play catch-up in some ways. The competition from Asia and the US is tough, and while we’re still competitive in finance and certain tech fields, the manufacturing and energy sectors are falling behind.

Honestly, every time I hear about the UK’s GDP growth figures, I can’t help but think that they don’t really tell the whole story. Sure, the economy is technically growing, but how much of that growth is driven by rising inequality and a few sectors doing exceptionally well while the rest of the population struggles?

Just got back from a trip to the north of England. While London and the south seem to be doing fine economically, I couldn't help but notice the struggles up north. Manufacturing industries are dying, and many towns look like they haven't recovered from the 80s decline. It's so strange to see such disparity.
