Coinbase has created several "verified pools" using Uniswap v4 hooks for several assets including ETH, cbETH, cbBTC, USDC, and EURC. So far the biggest trading volume day was March 19th but it's still very early. The ETH/cbBTC pool did ~$250k in volume in one hour alone on the 19th.
