Today I'm highlighting all the layer 2 networks posted by @l2beat who does a wonderful job tracking and assessing each one. Arbitrum One, Base, and Optimism would appear to be the top 3 layer 2s but the one metric that we want to see is each at "Stage 2" which is unfortunately not yet the case. Right now there are only 3 at that stage - DeGateV1, FuelV1, and Zk.MoneyV1.
