Something the Ethereum community doesn't talk enough about (at least from what I've seen) is the major centralization of the top two block producers - beaverbuild and TitanBuilder. Combined they produce close to 90% of Ethereum blocks! Although TitanBuilder is non-censoring, beaverbuild semi-censors which can be seen as an issue when it comes to a censorship resistant blockchain. Vitalik has proposed the community to solve this during the "Scourge" phase of Ethereum's roadmap.
