Merkle's priorities right now

Team is 14 people roughly split into 3 groups

Protocol — build and migrate to Snapchain to make sure the network can continue to scale; we also have a new FIP for SIWF

Crypto — Frames v2 (FIP shipped last night); as part of Frames v2 we're working on making transactions buttery smooth

Social — protocol and crypto don't matter if people aren't using Farcaster every day. Making progress on app performance, removing jank, iteration on channels (onboarding!), feed tweaks and DCs.

Sounds like Merkle has a solid plan in place! Focusing on scaling with Snapchain and enhancing Frames v2 shows commitment to tech stability. Prioritizing app performance and user engagement on the social side is spot on—without people actively using Farcaster, the best protocol is for naught!
