The Feds using the justice dept to prosecute vandals and label them as enemies of the state akin to airplane hijackers and bombers is such a cololssally bad and fascistic take.

Obviously it should be prosecuted. But between actual terrorism, drug cartels and white collar crime, we should ditch resources from that to people lighting tesla on fire just seems so insane to me. Leave it to the local jurisdictions to enforce local crimes. I thought that's what small government meant.
