terrorism charges are bs but frankly it does kinda seem like she clearly threatened them tho, "you people are next" was crossing a wellknown defined legal line... the only reason to say that is to try to scare them (so don't say it)

So lets say I get cut off in traffic and yell out my window "You'll get whats coming to you", Should this be an arrestable offense? If that is, what should I have said instead to not be arrested?

the standards for what constitutes a threat are all pretty well covered by established precedents. "you people are next" after a high profile assassination (with widespread media attention on the speculation of copycats) can reasonably seen as a specific and targeted threat
