What's the most reliable data on Solana's TPS in a format that is somewhat apples-to-apples comparable to ETH/L2 Ecosystem (i.e. non voting transactions, non failing, etc.)

I like this view. It’s a crude methodology - just drop any account with over 100 daily transactions from the data. Doesn’t remove “failed transactions” as it shouldn’t. But is the most Apples to Apples of actual “organic retail usage” I’ve seen. https://dune.com/ismeth/crypto-adoption

Correct, the point is to remove them from the data (for all chains) in order to get a better sense of users and usage.
