Yes it is I mean.. we’re all human And starting up, at some point, it was just the founder(s) to themselves, so most times as a founder, one tends to just act immediately on ideas they have or make decisions based on their wants A founder just has to be disciplined and make conscious efforts to put the community at the top when making decisions some timess
