New on DCs: expiring messages

- Set 1 / 7 / 30 day or even 1 year
- Default is 30 days
- All DC chats have a 1 year maximum retention (previously announced)

i think you guys are gonna like this update as much as i do :)

default DC retention has been moved to 1 year instead of 30 days!!

doesn't apply to existing messages (so go change those!), but all new conversations moving forward will have 1 year of message retention by default.
