As far as PEDs go, I would not call it that big of an issue. But I was not a part of those circles. 

That said, it's understandable that any pro poker players will always look for a slightest edge. In the long run (such as longer tournaments), it pays off greatly. GTO or just plain doing your best at poker takes a lot of "computing time" so being focused (which drugs like Adderal help with) is definitely an asset there.
