i think soon, we will be able to onboard people without prior crypto knowledge.

a few weeks back, some people from gate.io asked me to onboard them to warpcast, I tried my best, but failed, and could not explain to them what went wrong. People with solid crypto knowledge (working in crypto industry) could not figure it out. 

This needs to improve, NOW.

i think even without solid crypto knowledge, getting onboard warpcast is easy already - they're just making it easier

Ah tough times, I remember that when most aren't working. 

Hopefully they hire more people for support, I have emailed them before for customer support and until now I haven't gotten a reply nor is it resolved

I am not sure what it was but at that time, nothing worked. I onboarded @vikiri back then, it was like 7 hoops without any of the measures working. 

I thought it was invite code - e-mail - fill in antibot measures - warpcast setup - input verified address. But no. 

e-mail didn't work, warpcast site doesn't show some data, no possibility to circumvent some hoops etc. Not sure if it was only in that period or what.
