You can buy them through Moxie Batch Auctions or through Bonding Curve Contracts.

You need to use $Moxie to purchase.

Is it "OR"? I think every token goes out in an auction and you'll pay through the contract thingy? For channels though, does the moxie token rewards go to the channel owner too?
