Great callout. You would have to file a complaint with CB Commerce to receive a refund. We’re working to add more security/guarantees as well. Shopify and other integrations will help with this aspect a lot.

But, based on this help article it looks to me that CB Commerce does not handle disputes: https://help.coinbase.com/en/commerce/privacy-and-security/how-to-avoid-merchant-scams Are you aware of anything different?

Shopify would help a lot with this because their payments are with credit cards?
