Have you used passkeys on windows recently? Rough experience. If crypto's pitch to the world is "tap login, pull up your phone, open the camera app, scan a qr code, face id, login" i think i would prefer web2 login.. Final take - given a choice, i choose a largeBlob EOA passkey over SCW for most apps

I think web wallets have the potential to onboard crypto's existing 100k users to another 100+ apps, but I don't think this is what's going to get us to 100MM people onchain. Fine if that's the goal though :)

Maybe start with an industry that has 100MM users and build something for them that blockchains do incredibly well Stripe is supporting USDC transactions soon. How long before they offer a stripe debit card to pay/receive funds without Visa + Mastercard? Gaming skins is a 50B$ industry, FN has 230MM MAUs.
