According to Le Canard enchainé, Pavel Durov, the CEO of Telegram, landed at Le Bourget with the aim of going to a dinner with Emmanuel Macron. As soon as he landed, he was arrested by the French authorities. Pavel Durov had already met Emmanuel Macron several times before obtaining French nationality.
