with @frenpet, @cattown, @stokefire, @farcade, and others really starting to grow, it's essentially 2007 facebook platform era for gaming on @base. only difference is that now builders are on an open platform that *wants* them to go viral and *can't* take it away.

To make gaming on base successful, and to accelerate gaming on chain you need all 3 of these to work: 1. Engaging mobile lite social games (such as the great projects you tagged) 2. High quality standalone narrative driven, non-defi, onchain experiences 3. competitive esport potential games The first is growing rapidly. However the other two are greatly lacking, not only on base but in all of onchain gaming. I want to help accelerate the other two.

Not sure if I see stoke fire being an esports game as it’s meant to be laid back but I do want to add more strategy that’s takes it a little more into that direction. And then a little similar to esports in that good players can make more money.

Yeah, totally. a bit of strategy to stoke fire could make it more way more competitive and push virality, I think for a game like yours there’s almost a risk of overcomplicating it in some aspects. stoke fire's already got a good vibe going, so just a bit in more depth without losing what makes it work would go a long way. a game you might want to look at for some inspo, if you haven't already, is microcivilization. it has some interesting ideas
