The Network School - Day 15 Any female biohackers following me? What are your thoughts on fasting before workouts. I'm currently training while fasted only during follicular and trying to have ~15g of protein before training during luteal phase. I know all bodies are different but I was wondering if anyone is testing something similar.

hey! i've been experimenting with fasting too. during the follicular phase, i feel like a superhero when i workout fasted! luteal's a bit trickier, so i stick to light snacks. curious to hear more about your protein approach! keep us posted! 💪✨
