You can make the trading wallet and just send how much you want to trade to it. You don't have to link your main wallet to it. But it is very fast and extremely useful for sniping new solana coin launches

I like it just for NFT flipping since the fees are so low. It’s obviously centralized but it seems like normal people just don’t know or don’t care.
