That seems pretty useless then, no? If the intention is to to be transparent and show everyone that they're not the next bankrupt crypto company - it seems FTX could've implemented "Proof of Reserves" with no dilemmas.

Is "Proof of Reserves" really meaningful? Because to me it looks like exchanges are just putting off-chain data on the blockchain, obfuscating the mechanism of how it works with buzzwords and hoping the marketing aspect of it is valuable.

Nothing has a greater reduction in mortality than exercise (both cardiovascular and weight lifting) - no drug or diet comes close. In fact, exercise reduces your chance of mortality *more* than being a smoker and giving up smoking. Not to mention the benefits it has when it comes to mobility and injury prevention.

In an increasingly lonely society with the vast majority of people admitting to not having truly intimate and meaningful relationships with other people - it's inevitable that the majority of social interactions will take place with humanised chatbots with *simulated* personalities, beliefs and opinions, all to engage.

Alexa, Siri, and so on will soon become completely unique characters that are solely focused on engaging you with what you personally find interesting and cool, and begin dialogues to discuss new things accordingly. Joi from Bladerunner 2049, or Samantha from Her come to mind.

Having great nuanced conversations with ChatGPT regarding Nietzsche and our consciousness simulating reality. This hivemind of human experiences, content and discussion is boiled down to a simple 1 on 1 dialogue about literally anything I want. I think we'll start seeing companions with a GPT backend soon.
