Healing isn't linear — it's beautifully chaotic.
Some days, you'll feel on top of the world. Other days, it'll take everything just to get out of bed. There are moments filled with clarity and hope, and others clouded by confusion and heaviness. One day you're smiling for no reason, and the next, you're crying and unsure why. Some days, progress feels undeniable.
Other days, it feels like you've gone backward. You'll have days where you love who you're becoming, and days where you question everything about yourself.
But that doesn't mean you're failing. It means you're facing yourself - your fears, your past, your pain - and still choosing to keep going. That is healing. That is strength. And that is enough.
