Not sure I’d call it trouble but they sunset $wild and said that they were going to convert everyone’s allocation of it to moxie

Not sure what's up with all the negativity here. When other clients were charging money to schedule casts, we made it available for free. We catered to every user request, delivering them at speed. We voluntarily decided to shut the client. Detailing out every reason and aspect of it. What's the issue here?

@kunalvg we greatly appreciate the app and have never questioned your reasoning for stopping it or your dedication to maintaining it. There may be a language break down here I’m not for sure but many of us have only been asking for an update to what was posted by you guys about the claiming of our various points and the wild to moxie conversion. When it’s stated the app would “sunset” a week and a half ago and instructions for claims would be released “soon” but nothing has been said we of course are going to have some concern. Don’t think we didn’t appreciate the work you guys did.

I am not a user of the platform, but from the responses it seems people are frustrated with the general lack of communication since the announcement you'd convert their WILD to MOXIE. I have not heard anyone complain you shut the free platform down, although I am sure those people exist. In general, when you overpromise, underdeliver, and then start ghosting people that's going to piss people off. Responses like this where you go on the attack and say "not sure what's up with the negativity" when their reasons are clearly laid out and you don't even address them most certainly do not help your cause. I'm obv out of the loop here, but if this communication existed you'd have QC'd it here instead of getting defensive.
