Musk's 5 Time Management Rules

Time Block
In units of 5 minutes, a 24-hour day is divided into 288 'time blocks'. 	
It includes two principles,
Firstly, the key is not when to do it, but how long it will take to do it;
Secondly, do not manage time and order, but prioritize the importance and urgency.	

Asynchronous communication
Communicators can handle other things while waiting for the other party's message, reducing the time wasted waiting for the other party's response during synchronous communication.

Batch Processing
Concentrating similar or related tasks together and completing them all at once can significantly improve the coherence and control of work by reducing the switching between tasks.
