1. it's hard to find info about L3 even on degen.tips website (that notification under the header should have a CTA leading to the bridge) 

2. 7 days to bridge from L3 to Base is a huge obstacle (relay bridge is helpful but needs more "social proof" before wildly used)

Point #2 is a real stickler especially given crypto was supposed to be faster than wire transfers, not slower lol

I read somewhere (could be wrong) that the 7 day thing is inbuilt, and any bridge that does it faster is essentially fronting the user and taking on risk for fees.
