I keep having calls with people where they say "crypto only has PMF for speculation"

I get that we shouldn't have disdain for the (current) biggest use case, but do you really think we built internet native finance rails and the only thing we're gonna do on them is gamble?

Zoom out! This is an economic revolution

the only way to send money to my family in [REDACTED country] is in crypto. No international bank transfers w EU cards, no PayPal etc. 

That’s my bullet proof use case. I work 100x harder because I’ve learned my “why” long time ago.

I agree, that’s a big problem. Luckily there’s a way for me for them to receive local currency, while I transfer crypto. There’s a third party between, but it’s still more efficient and easy than a bank

As long as they can off board. The best way to send payment to Honduras would be crypto for sure but people here can’t off board to fiat and there is no crypto native services to spend it on.
