wins: always fun when you drop weight all the way to 10/5lb barbells and rep those to failure. really know you're getting the most out of the routine.

thoughts: did some stepups for the first time in a few years. felt good. going to rotate those in once in a bit h/t @afrochicks for the boost.
wins: 4 days in a row 1 hour + a run is feeling like a good streak. also been consistent about eating .7-1g per pound of body weight this week. let's keep it up y'all!
