Introducing the higher yoga challenge: Aim Towards Your Higher Self Duration: One week (7 days) post here in /higher-athletics ( although cross-posting to /higher and /fitness is also great) Complete practice and show proof via Receipts.xyz, Drakula, moshi.cam, or even just a photo here. Helpful practice inspiration: Support your local Yoga center (ashram)!! Or, Use some apps: Down dog app, Peloton, Nike’s training club, apple-fitness, heck even youtube follow alongs are great. Bend every day through the week, win higher, and elevate body and mind.

Each day will focus on: - A Mental Challenge: A specific mindset or intention aligning your higher self. -A physical focus: A yoga pose(s) or movement(s) that supports the mental challenge. - A suggested Yoga practice: A recommendation for the type of yoga practice to perform. - A suggested length: How long to aim for. A picturesque photo of a pose —mid-practice in a neat location— would be acceptable, though! - A Post-Practice reflection: A meditation or reflective prompt to complete after your practice, tying it to the higher-self theme.
