i noticed there's no Farcaster meetup planned around /devcon besides the booth at the venue

i'll try to organize it, here's the plan:

- nov 13th, 7-10pm
- drinks & light food

we probably raised enough! we have around ~5k it’s time to talk to venues and see what we can get for it as we talked with them 1 week ago let’s see if they are also still available
