post EthCC takes: - a lot of infra, not enough users - working product is the pitch - being kind takes you a long way - great place to meet people, terrible to learn - self-presentation is an underrated skill - Farcaster is a bubble with its own narratives, we have a lot of work to do to bring a diverse crowd here

“social” narrative here. Farcaster is mostly known by $degen, its hard for people to see the value of being active as its seems too niche. we need more diverse conversation here - DeFi, gov, infra, more chains, desci, security, etc

$degen is far from the only game in town but I concur it's taking a lot of bandwidth which is understandable given the sales pitch "just post on Warpcast instead of twitter and you'll earn crypto in the process" It be cooler if the incentive to join is different. Maybe down the pipeline there'll be cool games etc
