I love him too. The moments he captures are so intimate and real.

His light and colors are so delicate in contrast with Caravaggio’s shadows.  

Chose to visit this museum over Van Gogh, no regrets

Van Gogh and Stedelijk are great but if you really want to see low key amazing Van Gogh I suggest Kröller-Müller Museum which Theo mostly bequeathed to

putting it on my list, thank you! 

There’s currently an exhibition in Paris - Van Gogh in Auvers-sur-Oise (last 2 months of his life). 74 artworks, including the last painting and the very last unfinished one. I’m a bit overdosed with him.
