@hamdi and I are participating in our first half iron man in the coming weeks but just learned we need a "Sports Medical Examination Certificate" in order to get our bib

Has anyone done an iron man sanctioned event and knows what this is / what qualifies?

but i remember i needed a similar document for a skydiving course and i got it from my doctor
