Despite market ups and downs, there’s been a massive mismatch of talent across the industries! Companies struggle to find “quality enough” people has been the problem not only for a past decade but longer. People should learn to look for talent outside their inner circles.

From a user experience perspective, once Account Abstraction is introduced across dapps on a wide level, Web3 will likely not be referred to as "web3" anymore 🤩
