With just a little bit left until the new year, here's an interesting fact 🎉 

Did you know that the clapper was invented by pastry chef Tom Smith? The case was in 1860 in England, when he peeped at his French colleagues the idea of wrapping various sweets in a roll and added to it a "mechanism" (he, by the way, made it for 13 years). But with it, a simple roll turned into entertainment - it opened with a pop and nice little gifts fell out 🍬 🍬
